About the Role:
The Social Worker will play a key role in supporting student well-being through behavioral, emotional, and social services. Youll collaborate closely with school staff, students, and families to help ensure a safe, inclusive, and effective learning environment.
Responsibilities:

Deliver direct services and support to students as outlined in IEPs, 504 plans, or behavioral intervention plans

Maintain accurate and confidential documentation and case records

Collaborate with educators, families, and community agencies to coordinate care
-
Promote student wellness, self-advocacy, and emotional development

Ensure compliance with district, state, and federal social work and education guidelines
Qualifications:

Valid Kansas School Social Work License or LMSW/LCSW with eligibility for school-based practice

Bachelors or Masters degree in Social Work from an accredited program

Experience working with children and adolescents in educational or clinical settings preferred

Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
